PRINCE2® Agile Foundation all English

PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation is a newly developed certification level to support PRINCE2 Agile. PRINCE2 Agile initially launched in 2015 with a Practitioner level certification and this new Foundation level certification will build upon that success by opening PRINCE2 Agile out to project managers outside of the existing PRINCE2 community.

Course description:

Learners understand the basic concepts of common agile ways of working. They understand the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2 and the agile way of working. They are able to apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context. They can fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context. They should apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an agile context. They learn through the use of theory and practical exercises.

At the end of this course, learners will be able to:

Understand the key concepts relating to PRINCE2.
Understand the key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2 Agile.
Understand how PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products are tailored and applied in an Agile context.
Understand the agile ways of working, key terms and techniques.
Understand the focus areas in an Agile context.

There are no prerequisites for the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation course.
